The front desk is located on the right side of the hotel when you arrive. It is prepared with four terminals of Guest Agents standing by to help all guests' needs. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.. Please inform your Event Manager of your group's arrival and departure plans in order to ensure correct staffing at the front desk.
All guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Guest Service Department can arrange to check luggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on departure day.
The Capital Hilton has a Manager on Duty 24 hours a day and can be reached at front desk.
